摘 要:为探讨饥饿法和氧化锌法强制换羽对种鸽产蛋性能、血清免疫球蛋白含量和换羽基因表达量的影响,将健康、体重相近的96对12月龄美国白羽王鸽随机分为3组,其中对照组饲喂常规饲料;试验A组限饲8~14 d;试验B组饲喂高锌日粮,7 d后饲喂常规饲料。结果显示,与对照组相比,换羽后产蛋期试验A、B组产蛋量分别提高19.78%(P〈0.05)和13.85%(P〉0.05),平均蛋重和日均采食量差异均不显著(P〉0.05),畸形率和料蛋比均显著减少(P〈0.05)。换羽后产蛋期试验A、B组IgA、IgM和IgG含量均增加。换羽中期试验A、B组骨形态发生蛋白4(BMP4)和成纤维细胞生长因子5(FGF5)m RNA表达量均显著增加(P〈0.05)。换羽后期试验A、B组BMP4和FGF5 m RNA表达量均显著增加(P〈0.05)。换羽后产蛋期试验A、B组BMP4、FGF5 m RNA表达量均无显著变化(P〉0.05)。因此,两种强制换羽方法对蛋鸽第二周期的产蛋性能、血清免疫球蛋白含量具有一定的影响。In order to study the effects of starvation method and zinc oxide method on laying performance,serum immunoglobulin and molting genes of breeding pigeons,96 pairs of health and similar weight American White King Pigeon at twelve months of age were randomly divided into 3 groups,the control group was fed the control diet,group A was restricted 8 to 14 days,group B was fed high-zinc dietary,the control diet was used after 7 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,after molting and laying period laying production of test group A and group B were increased by 19.78%(P0.05)and 13.85%(P0.05),the average egg weight were significantly increased(P0.05),the average daily feed intake were not significantly changed(P0.05),and malformation rate and feed conversionwere were significantly reduced(P0.05). IgA,IgM and IgG expression were increased(P0.05)of 2nd laying phase in group A and group B. At BMP4 and FGF5 m RNA expression mid-molting of group A and B were significantly increased(P0.05). At later molting,BMP4 and FGF5 m RNA expression of group A and B were significantly increased(P0.05). After molting and laying period. There were no significant difference in BMP4 and FGF5 m RNA expression of group A and B(P0.05). Molting methods of starvation and zinc oxide had important effect on laying performance of breeding pigeons at the second laying cycle.
