摘　　要：有机化学实验是化学、生物和医药等专业的重要基础实践课程。该文从有机化学实验的教学内容、教学方法与手段、实验方案和考核评价入手,分析了以往实验教学的不足,提出了有机化学教学改革的实践探索和思考,旨在培养学生的实验素养和掌握基本操作,提高学生的主观能动性和创新能力,培养具备基本化学素养的创新人才。Organic chemistry experiment is an important basic practice course for majors such as chemistry,biology and medicine.In view of teaching content,teaching method,experimental project and examination and evaluation,the shortcomings in the conventional experimental teaching were analyzed and teaching reform practice and thinking in organic chemistry experiment was put forward.The teaching reform aims at strengthening the experimental attainments and basic operation of students,improving the subjective initiative and creative ability,and culturing innovative talents with basic chemistry literacy.
