摘　　要：介绍了南京农业大学生命科学学院大四学生必修课程——综合性实验三大模块,即植物学大实验、微生物大实验、生物大分子分离和鉴定的方式内容以及考核方式。通过系列实验的锻炼,提高了学生综合运用各种知识和实验方法解决复杂问题的能力,为学生进入研究生阶段的学习和科研奠定了良好的基础。Comprehensive experiment course is a compulsory course for the senior undergraduate students of college of life sciences, which consists of “comprehensive experiment in botany”“comprehensive experiment in microbiology”and “isolation and identification of biological macromolecules”.The series of experiments have improved the students’ability to solve complex problems by using their knowledge and experiment skills,which lay the foundation for their postgraduate study.
