摘　　要：华北电力大学的河北省输变电设备安全防御重点实验室以管理创新和技术提升为发展主线,通过加强自身建设,积极学习先进管理经验,不断完善实验教学方法与手段,逐渐形成了自己的管理特色和技术特点,推动了输变电设备安全防御领域的学科发展和人才培养。The laboratory makes management innovation and technology upgrading as the main developing line.Through taking some measures such as strengthening the self -construction,actively learning advanced management experience,constantly improving the experimental methods,and improving the research capacity and other initiatives,North China Electric Power University gradually forms own management characteristics and technical features.The above measures promote the discipline development and the personnel training..
