构建大型仪器共享平台,促进学生创新能力培养

摘　　要：淮阴师范学院通过分析构建大型仪器共享平台的意义,结合实践提出构建校院二级大型仪器服务共享平台。引入市场机制,提升服务质量。结合地方经济特色,加入省市大型仪器共享服务平台,扩大仪器使用范围。建立有效的评价与激励机制,引导大型仪器开放共享。建立维修和奖励基金,确保机组正常运行。通过大型仪器共享平台的构建,促进学生开展科学研究,提高学生实践能力和创新能力,提升学生的综合就业能力。This paper analyzes the significance of building large scale instruments sharing platform.Combined with the practice of uni-versity,this paper puts forward the construction of two -level platform and introduced the market mechanisms to improve the quality of service.In combination with the characteristics of the local economy,with large instrument provinces sharing service platform,it is used to expand the using range of the instruments.The establishment of an effective evaluation and incentive system guide the open sha-ring of large scale instruments.The funds of repair and bonus ensure the normal operation of the equipment.The large scale instrument sharing platform has promoted the students to devote the scientific research,improved the students’practical ability and innovation a-bility,and improved the students’comprehensive employment capacity.
