摘　　要：成本管理是现代企业经营中的重要课题,做好成本控制是提升企业竞争力的重要途径.将目标利润法引入现代企业成本管理过程中,就如何在企业成本管理中有效应用目标利润法提出了一些思路与方法,以供参考.Cost management is an important subject of the modern enterprise management.Making cost con-trol well is an important approach to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper introduces the target profits method into the cost management of the modern enterprise, and proposes some ideas and methods about how to effectively utilize target profits method in the cost management of the modern enterprise.
