乳腺癌手术前后血液中Rab5a基因表达与其预后复发的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌手术前后血液中Rab5a基因的表达与预后复发的相关性。方法选择乳腺癌患者100例,予乳腺单纯切除术或乳腺癌改良根治术,检测手术前后血液中Rab5a基因的表达情况,随访调查术后复发情况。结果100例患者术前Rab5a基因表达阳性67例,阳性率为67.0%。Rab5a基因阳性表达与术前乳腺癌患者的T分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移情况有明显相关性(P<0.05)。在术后6个月进行随访,复发16例,复发率为16.0%。Spearman等级相关分析显示Rab5a基因表达与预后复发存在明显的正向相关性(γ=0.459,P<0.05)。多元回归logistic分析显示肿瘤T分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移与Rab5a基因表达是影响乳腺癌患者预后复发的主要独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 Rab5a基因在乳腺癌中呈现高表达状况,与T分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移有明显相关性,能影响术后患者的复发。Objective To investigate the relation between prognosis and recurrence and blood Rab5 a gene expression in breast cancer before and after surgery.Methods 100 cases of breast cancer received simple mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy,the expression of Rab5 a gene in the blood before and after operation were detected and postoperative relapse was followed up.Results Before surgery,Rab5 a gene positive expression were 67 cases,and positive rate was 67.0%.The positive expression of Rab5 a gene had obvious relation with T stage,histological grade,lymph node metastasis of breast cancer before operation.After6 months of followed-up,16 cases had recurrence,the recurrence rate was 16.0%.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the Rab5 a gene expression was positively correlated with prognosis and recurrence（γ = 0.459,P〈0.05）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that T stage,histological grade,Rab5 a gene expression and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer were the major independent risk factors for prognosis and recurrence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rab5 a gene has high expression levels in breast cancer,it is related with T stage,histological grade,and lymph node metastasis,and it can affect recurrence after surgery.
