进展期胃癌术中植入中人氟安的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察进展期胃癌术中腹腔内植入中人氟安的临床疗效。方法将60例进展期胃癌患者随机分为2组,研究组32例患者术中腹腔内植入中人氟安化疗,对照组28例术中进行腹腔化疗但不植入中人氟安,观察2组的临床治疗效果。结果研究组和对照组患者术后化学性腹膜炎、吻合口漏、切口感染、腹腔感染和肠粘连梗阻的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组和对照组术后1年生存率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组和对照组术后2年生存率、转移率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于进展期胃癌术中腹腔内植入中人氟安化疗是可行的,能够提高患者的生存率,值得临床中应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of implantation of sinofuan for advanced gastric cancer. Methods 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups. The study group（n = 32） were treated with intraopera- rive intraperitoneal sinofuan chemotherapy, the control group （ n = 28 ） were treated with intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy without sinofuan. Clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed. Results There had no significant difference between the 2 groups in chemical peritonitis, anastigmatic leakage, wound infection, abdominal adhesions and obstruction incidence after opera- tion （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） between the 2 groups in 1 -year survival rates ; There had significant difference in 2-year survival rates, transfer rates between the 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The implantation of sino- fuan intraperitoneal chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer is feasible, and it can improve the survival rate of patients, it is wor- thy of clinical application.
