某三甲医院914名职工疾病谱调查

摘　　要：目的:了解甘肃省某三甲医院职工基本健康状况及疾病谱。方法:对914名医院职工按工作性质及性别进行分类。结果:914人中体检基本正常为24人,正常率为2.63%;职工疾病谱依次为高脂血症、脂肪肝、颈椎病、谷丙(谷草)转氨酶异常、心电图异常、高尿酸血症、腰椎病、高血压、高血糖。医生高脂血症与脂肪肝的检出率明显高于护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);内科医生与外科医生主要异常指标及疾病的检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);行政人员腰椎病的检出率明显高于医护人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性职工高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血糖的检出率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性心电图异常和腰椎病的检出率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:该医院职工健康状况不容乐观,应加强相关防治策略,重视健康,定期体检,戒烟酒,多运动,定期休假。Objective：To investigate basic healthy states and disease spectrum of the employees in a tertiary hospital of Gansu province. Methods： All 914 hospital employees were classified according to the occupation and gender. Results： There were 24 persons with normal results in physical examination, normal rate was 2.63% ;employee disease spectrum was： hyperlipemia,hepatic adipose infiltration,cervical spondylosis,abnormal Alanine aminotransferase （ALT） or glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase （GOT）, abnormal ECG, hyperuricemia, lumbar spondy- losis, hypertension and hyperglycaemia. The detection rates of hyperlipemia and hepatic adipose infiltration in doc- tors were higher than these of the nurses obviously,the difference demonstrated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）;the comparison of main abnormal indexes and disease detection rates between the internist and surgeon had the differ- ences, but they had no statistical meaning （P〉0.05）; lumbar spondylosis detection rate of executive staff was higher than that of medical staffsignificantly,the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）;male staffwas more than female in hyperlipemia,hepatic adipose infiltration and hyperglycaemia detection rates,the differences presented statistical meaning（P〈0.05）; female was higher than male in abnormal ECG and lumbar spondylosis detection rates, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Healthy condition of hospital employee is worrying, we should enhance the related prevention and treatment strategies, emphasize the health, receive physical examination regularly, quit smoking and alcohol, exercise more and take vacation regularly.
