摘　　要：查阅近5年相关文献,对中医药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)的临床及实验研究进展进行整理、分析和综述,指出临床上常用的治疗方法为辨证施治、古方化裁、自拟方药、成药治疗、结合西药、针药并用等;实验研究表明中医药对改善胃黏膜组织、调整胃泌素、前列腺素含量及胃、十二指肠运动等方面效果显著。但进一步构建系统的理论体系,建立客观的诊断指标,研究规范的辨证方法,对中医药治疗BRG具有重要意义。by consulting the related literature in recent five years, clinical and experimental studies about TCM therapy in treating bile reflux gastritis （BRG） are collected, analyzed and reviewed, common therapeutic methods are syndrome differentiation and treatment, modified ancient prescriptions, selfmade prescriptions, patent medicine, TCM combined with western medicine, combination of needle and herbs and others in clinic; experimental studies show that TCM is effective in improving gastric mucosa, regulating the contents of gastrin and prostaglandin, the movement of stomach and duodenum notably. It has great significance to TCM in treating BRG by constructing theoretical system further, establishing objective diagnostic indexes and studying regular syndrome differentiation method.
