苏南区域现代化建设背景下的酒店国际化人才开发研究

摘　　要：《苏南现代化建设示范区规划》要求苏南地区大力提升现代服务业的国际化水平和国际影响力。在此背景下,作为现代服务业重要组成部分的苏南酒店行业也将迎来国际化程度提升的机遇和挑战。然而提升苏南酒店国际化水平迫切需要大量高素质酒店国际化人才。而适用于苏南这一特定区域的酒店国际化人才与通用的国际化人才相比,应具备的语言文化特色性、知识差异性、素质综合性、成长拓展性等特征。本文在分析苏南现代化建设中的酒店国际化水平提升及人才需求趋势的基础上,提出应建立苏南酒店国际化人才开发体系,借鉴美、韩等国家国际化人才培养与开发先进经验,政府、酒店管理专业院校、行业协会等机构共同合作,多途径开发苏南现代化建设中所需的酒店国际化人才。According to Planning Program for Southern Jiangsu Modernization Construction, modern service industries in Soutern Jiangsu region will greatly improve their international influence and service level. Under this background, as an important part of service industry, the hospitality industry of Jiangsu Province also should improve its international level and overall competitiveness. However, to fulfill this goal, a large number of international talents are needed. Comparing with common international talents, hotel international talents tailored for southern Jiangsu Province should bear the features of special language and cultural skills, different background knowledge, comprehensive qualities as well as expanding development abilities. By analyzing on the international talents market, this paper comes up with the idea that an international talents cultivation and exploitation system should be set up. By learning from the USA and South Korea in international talents cultivation and exploitation,hospitality industry of Southern Jiangsu region can take measures to exploit international talents. The local governments, professional schools and hospitality associations should work together to cultivate international talents which are needed for modern service industries.
