摘 要:三相电压型PWM整流器采用虚拟电网磁链定向方式,对谐波和干扰有良好的抑制作用,但未从根本上解决d、q轴电流交叉耦合问题。对此引入"虚拟定子磁链"概念,提出了三相PWM整流器最小耦合模型控制策略。建立了虚拟定子磁链定向方式下三相PWM整流器数学模型,并与传统的虚拟电网磁链定向方式进行对比分析。同时提出了虚拟定子磁链定向方式下直接电流控制和功率因数控制方法,为保证控制策略的有效实施,构建了频率自适应虚拟定子磁链观测模型。仿真和实验结果表明所提控制方案的有效性,相比于传统虚拟电网磁链定向方式,采用虚拟定子磁链定向控制可实现稳态完全解耦控制,同时削弱动态过程的耦合影响,具有优异的动、静态性能。Three-phase voltage-type PWM rectifier using virtual grid-flux oriented method has good effects on harmonics and interference, but fails to fundamentally solve the cross-coupling problem of d, q axis currents. Thus, the "virtual stator-flux" concept was introduced, and the minimum coupling model control strategy of three-phase PWM rectifiers was proposed as well. The mathematical model of three-phase PWM rectifiers using virtual stator-flux orientation was established compared with those using the traditional virtual grid flux orientations. Direct-current control and power-factor control based on virtual stator-flux orientation were brought in. Meanwhile, the frequency adaptive observation model of the virtual stator flux was built to ensure the effective implementation of control strategies. The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed control schemes, which have excellent static and dynamic performance compared to the traditional virtual grid-flux oriented methods. The proposed strategy can realize decoupling control in steady and weaken the coupling effectiveness of dynamic process.
