摘　　要：目的培养一批具有较高循证实践素质,熟悉循证护理实践过程的导师团队。方法引进研究与实践合作促进（ARCC）模式,在医院挑选18名护理骨干,组建循证实践委员会,对委员会成员采取自主学习、集中培训、外派学习、合作学习等手段,使他们成为高素质的循证实践导师（EPM）。进而EPM带动科室护理人员开展循证护理实践活动,引领护理方式的变革。结果 EPM已持续推进9项循证项目,5名EPM负责的项目分别获得院级（2项）、校级（1项）、省级自然科学基金（1项）、省卫计委（1项）立项资助,资助金额1-5万元。循证护理实践委员会成员共发表论文20篇。临床科室实施循证实践活动过程中未引发一起因用证所致的医疗纠纷或投诉事件,无一例因用证致患者人身安全受损事件。结论 ARCC模式下利用EPM的放射作用推动各科室临床实践变革性活动,可以推动整个组织循证护理实践的持续发展。Objective To build a team of mentors possessing evidence-based practice（EBP）qualities,and having agood knowledge of EBP process.Methods The EBP model of Advancing Research and Clinical Practice Through Close Collaboration（ARCC）was introduced into the hospital by the department of nursing,who later recruited 18 excellent nurses across the hospital to build up an EBP commission.Then the members of the commission received a series of trainings in the way of self-directed learning,class-room teaching,attending advanced program,collaborative learning,etc.,to become qualified EBP mentors.Later,EBP mentors led clinical nurses to conduct EBP in their units,and made impressive changes in nursing practice.Results EBP mentors have pushed forward 9EBP programs,and 5 mentors have gained funds from the hospital,the university or the provincial government.The EBP mentors have published 20 scientific papers.During EBP in clinical units,there has been zero case of medical disputes or complaints associted with the application of evidence,nor a case of patient injury.Conclusion Under ARCC model,EBP mentors could fan out EBP from a single unit to the whole hospital,which sustainably pushes forward the development of EBP across the organization.
