摘  要:加减速算法在步进电机控制系统中发挥着重要作用。梯形曲线由于在加速的终点和减速的起点都存在速度突变,易造成冲击,虽然传统的S形曲线可以克服这一点不足,但是其曲线分段较多,处理过程复杂,程序实现难度较大。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种在保持曲线平滑性的基础上,简化了的S形曲线加减速控制方法,加速过程划分为两个阶段,并给出公式说明。仿真及实验结果表明,该方法能够保证加速度的连续,提高了系统的柔性和稳定性,较好地避免了失步和过冲现象,能满足实际应用需求。Acceleration and deceleration algorithm plays an important role in the control system of stepping motor. There is a speed hopping at the end of acceleration and the beginning of deceleration in trapezoid curve,which can easily cause impact. The impact could be overcome by the traditional S-curve acceleration and deceleration method,but the curve has more segmentation,and the process is complex. It is hard to implement programming. So a new simpler method was proposed to implement S-curve acceleration and deceleration,which could maintain the smoothness of curve. The acceleration process is divided into two stages,and the formula is given.The simulation and experimental results show that the method can make sure the continuity of acceleration,improve the flexibility and stability of the system,and avoid the loss of step and overshoot phenomenon. It can better meet the practical application needs.
