摘  要:以培养学生实践能力和综合应用能力为目标,结合分析仪器实践操作性强的特性和零存整取式的微视频教学模式,在教学过程中探索性地利用微视频对教学内容、教学反思和反馈点评等进行教学方式改革,充分发挥其交流应用和共建共享的交流方式,打破原有的课程体系与评价体系,使教学的表现形式更加兴趣化,提高学生的关注度和降低了学习的难度,进而调动了学生的学习积极性,使其化被动学习为主动学习。To promote the students' practical ability and comprehensive application ability, combined with the models of lumpsum micro-videos and the practical and operable characteristics of analysis instruments, teaching micro-videos were exploratorily used to improve the course contents, the teaching reflections and the feedbacks and reviews based on the realities of nutrition and detection apartment in Suzhou Vocational University. The applied and cooperated communication ways were fully taken to smash the original curriculum and the evaluation system. It meant that the teaching forms were more interesting, of which students' attention was increased and learning difficulties were decreased. In conclusion, the students' learning enthusiasm was changed from passive to active.
