摘　　要：为了发掘、鉴选蛋白质、赖氨酸含量高的优质高粱种质资源,该研究对102份高粱基础材料进行了蛋白质含量及部分种质赖氨酸含量的测定。结果表明,参试高粱材料中子粒蛋白质含量最高为14.39%,含量在11.00%以上的材料有23份;赖氨酸含量最高为0.69%,含量在0.30%以上的材料有13份,占总数的12.75%。In order to excavate and select high quality sorghum germplasm resources which have higher protein and lysine, the protein content and some of lysine content of 102 basic materials were determined. The results showed that, above 11.00% protein content sumed to 23 among them, the highest protein content was 14.39%, above 0.30% lysine content sumed to 13 among them, accounted for 12.75% in total, the high- est lysine content was 0.69%.
