摘　　要：目的观察宫颈癌术后患者输注CIK细胞治疗前后外周血免疫指标的变化,为评价临床应用CIK细胞治疗宫颈癌的效果提供依据。方法对宫颈癌术后放疗或化疗后的患者应用CIK细胞生物治疗两个周期,随后分别检测治疗前、治疗后1个月及3个月患者外周血T细胞亚群、调节性T细胞以及NK细胞的比例。结果治疗结束后患者外周血CD3^+、CD4^+T细胞比例上升,CD8^+T细胞、CD4^+CD25^+Treg、NK细胞比例下降,CD4^+/CD8^+比值上调,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 CIK细胞治疗可以提高宫颈癌术后患者的免疫功能,提高抗肿瘤能力。Objective To observe the cervical cancer patients after infusion of peripheral blood immune parameters change CIK cells before and after treatment, to provide a basis for evaluating the effect of the clinical application of CIK cell treatment of cervical cancer. Methods Patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy or chemotherapy ＇after the application of CIK cells biotherapy two cycles, and then were detected before treatment, one month and three months af- ter treatment in patients with peripheral T cell subsets of regulatory T cells and NK proportion of cells. Results After treatment in patients with CD3, CD4 T cell ratio rises, CD8 T cells, CD4 CD25 Treg, NK cells was decreased, CD4- CD8 ratio increases, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion CIK cell treatment of cervical cancer pa- tients can improve immune function, improve the anti -tumor capabilities.
