摘 要:介绍了加工多品种转向节叉零件的专用机床,采用新的工艺方法和U钻对零件的孔进行加工,通过钻?镗工艺使孔达到钻?扩?铰?镗工艺的精度。由于U钻允许采用较高的切削速度和进给量,从而大大缩短了加工时间。通过对零件进行工艺分析,阐述了机床的总体布局和工作循环,介绍了机床主要部件的结构及特点。该机床具有刚性好、精度高和效率高等特点。In the machine tool, new technology method and U drill were adopted to machine the hole of the parts of various steer?ing knuckle forks. Through the process of drilling and boring, the hole of the parts could reach the precision of the process of drilling?expanding?hinging?boring. Because U drill was allowed to adopt higher cutting speed and feed, the machining time was greatly short?ened. Through technology analysis to these parts, the general layout and working cycle of the machine tool were expounded. The main structures and features of the machine tool were introduced. This machine tool has the characteristics of good rigidity, high precision and high efficiency.
