基于卓越医生计划的农村基层医生的培养

摘　　要：为实现卓越医生教育培养计划中农村基层实用型全科医生的培养目标,临床医学专科教育要优化调整教学内容,强化应知应会能力培养,践行早临床、多临床原则,提高学生临床实践能力;同时应处理好学历教育和职业资格考试关系,创新多元化的学业质量评价;通过运用"应知应会"原则,从教学内容、教学方法等多方面改革,把医学专科人才培养成农村基层实用型全科医生。To reach the target of excellent doctor education training plan for practical first-line general practitioners, college education of clinical medicine ought to adjust and optimize the teaching content, strengthen the ability training of knowing and doing, and carry out the principle of practicing clinical earlier as to improve students＇ ability in clinical practice. Meanwhile, the relationship between academic education and vocational qualification examination shall be balanced and the system of diversified academic quality evaluation should be innovated. By utilizing the principle of knowing and doing, from various reforms of teaching contents and teaching methods, the medical specialists can be trained into rural first-line practical general practitioners.
