紫菊属及近缘属植物瘦果形态与果壁的解剖特征

摘　　要：为紫菊属及近缘属植物的系统分类提供依据,采用常规石蜡切片方法,从其肋或翅的形态、数目、中果皮薄壁细胞与纤维细胞的数量和位置等方面比较其解剖特征。结果表明:紫菊属与假福王草属特征相似,翅果菊属的瘦果因为具有翅而与紫菊属、福王草属和假福王草属的瘦果有明显的差异;在紫菊属内种间瘦果果壁的结构差别不大,不易区分,但可结合瘦果横切面的形状、肋的多少和是否突出明显、中果皮纤维细胞的层数等特征进行区分。The morphology and number of costae and wings of achene, and number and location of parenchyma and fibrous cells in mesocarp of Notoseris and its related genera were analyzed and compared by the conventional paraffin section method to provide the basis for taxonomy of Notoseris and its related genera. Results： The achene anatomical feature of Notoseris and Paraprenanthes is similar but the achene with wings of Pterocypsela is obviously different with Notoseris, Prenanthes and Paraprenanthes. There is no obvious difference in achene wall＇s structure among different species in Notoseris and its related genera but the difference in achene among Notoseris and its related genera still be differentiated according to shape of achene transaction, costa number, costa morphology and layers of fibrous cells in mesocarp .
