摘  要:为苔茶加工下脚料等废弃资源在养鸡生产上的应用提供参考,选择25周龄罗曼粉壳蛋鸡360只,随机均分为4组,试验Ⅰ为对照组,只饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅱ~Ⅳ组试喂基础日粮+0.05%杜仲叶+0.05%车前草+0.01%VE预混剂+0.1%浓缩鱼肝油粉+0.1%益生菌,再分别添加苔茶粉1.0%、1.25%和1.5%,其他饲养管理条件一致,研究苔茶粉对罗曼粉壳蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加苔茶粉降低了罗曼粉壳蛋的生产性能,但能提高鸡蛋品质,其中以添加苔茶粉1.25%(试验Ⅲ组)的效果最好,其生产性能优于试验Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组,且氨基酸总量最高,为(12 411.38±167.8)mg/100g;胆固醇含量最低,为(393.00±9.00)mg/100g。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组鸡蛋的不饱和脂肪酸增加8.66%,氨基酸增加9.01%,胆固醇含量下降21.29%(P〈0.05)。To provide reference for comprehensive utilizing the spent material in production of Taicha processing in poultry Production, 360 Roman hens with 25-w laying age were divided into four groups according to CRD in each treatment. Treatment I is control group, feeding basal diet; Treatment Ⅱ-Ⅳfeeding basal diet+0.05 % leaves of Eucommia+0.05 % plantain+0.01% VE premix+0.1% concentrated cod-liver powder + 0. 1% probiotics;and 1. 0%, 1. 25% and 1. 5% powders of Taicha was added respectively. The feeding and management condition of each group was the same. Study on the effects of taicha powder on production performance and egg quality of Roman hens. Results: Compared with the control group, the performance decreased by adding powders of Taicha in diet, but the egg quality improved. The effect of adding 1.25% powders of Taicha (treatment Ⅲ ) was the best,and performance was higher than other treatments. The content of total amino acids was the highest(12 411.38±167.8) mg/100g and cholesterol was the lowest(393.00± 9.00)mg/100g. Treatment m compared with control group, polyunsaturated fatty acid ratio increased by 8. 66%, amino acids ratio increased by 9. 01%, cholesterol content decreased by 21.29% (P〈0.05).
