摘  要:PROFIBUS-DP是一种国际性开放式的现场总线标准,用于设备级的高速数据传输,中央控制器通过高速串行线同分散的现场设备进行通信,以进行配置、诊断和报警处理,其主-从站控制技术与系统结构目前得到广泛应用。PLC与其它现场总线设备组成"一主站一从站"或"一主站多从站"的系统结构,具有技术先进,控制方案灵活,运行效率高,安全可靠等优点。本文设计了S7-300PLC作为主站,S7-200PLC作为从站,变频器及电动机作为被控对象,组态王作为上位监控的架构,阐述了现场总线PROFIBUS-DP主-从站技术在变频调速系统中的网络通讯与实施方案、PLC实现主-从站数据接收/发送的多种交换模式、PLC主-从站闭环变频调速编程技术要点与多种调试方法,实践结果证明了PROFIBUS-DP主-从站技术的先进性与实用性。PROFIBUS-DP is an international open field bus standard,for high-speed data transmission in device level,the central controller through high-speed serial line with decentralized field devices to communicate,to configure,diagnosis and alarm processing,and the master-slave station control technology,and system structure are widely used.PLC and other fieldbus devices "one master station-one slave station"or "one master station-multi slave station"made in system structure,and is with advanced technology. This control scheme is flexible,high efficiency,safe and reliable advantages. In this paper,the author provide a design of the S7-300 PLC as master and S7-200 PLC as slave station,the inverter and the motor as the controlled object,Kingview as supervisory system architecture,and expounds the PROFIBUS-DP master-slave station technology in variable frequency speed regulation system of network communication and implementation of the program,PLC master-slave station data receiving / sending multiple exchange mode,the master PLC-from closed-loop variable frequency speed regulation programming techniques and a variety of station debugging method. Experiment results show that the PROFIBUS-DP master-slave station technology is with advancement and practicability.
