摘　　要：从教育理念、模式和内容等方面分析了制约IT人才实践创新能力培养的因素,并根据社会和企业对应用型IT人才实践创新能力的需求,制定突出"地区、行业和应用"特点的人才培养目标,构建三维的实践创新能力培养体系,创立校企合作的实践教学模式,并通过推进实践教学方法的改革、打造多样化的实践创新平台、建立有效的质量保障机制等措施,有力地提高了计算机专业学生的实践创新能力。The influencing factors which restrict the practice innovation ability were discussed in the paper from aspects of education idea,mode,content,etc. In order to meet the social and enterprises demand for applied IT talents with high practice innovation ability, we have made efforts to formulate cultivating goal, construct three-dimensional cultivation system and explore the education mode of joint university and enterprises. A series of approaches to ensure effective cultivation of practice innovation ability were introduced,including reforming practice teaching methods,building various practice innovation platforms and establishing scientific quality guarantee system. It has proven that the reforms are effective in the cultivation of students＇ practice innovation ability majored in computer.
