摘 要:从高校人力资源管理信息化的内容与原则入手,分析人与管理系统在信息化背景下的和谐互动模式,主要涉及三个因素:体制、专业队伍和管理系统。本文的主要结果是借助"信息化背景下人与管理系统互动机理模型"提出实现高校人力资源管理信息化应该做到:1塑造培养信息化服务的思维方式和体制环境;2构建高效的专业人才队伍;3加大对管理信息系统的跟进与投入;4实现高校人力资源管理人员与信息系统的和谐互动。This paper targets at the informationization of the university human resources management,summarizing its opportunities and challenges. This paper starts from the content and principle of university human resources management informatization,then explores the harmonious interactive mechanism between personnel employee and management system in the context of information technology,mainly including three factors: institution,professional teams and management system. It also puts forward the improvement action through "the interaction mechanism between individual and system in the informationized background". Firstly,we should shape and cultivate the thinking mentality and system environment of informationized service. Secondly,we should build an efficient team of professionals. Thirdly,we should pay more attention to the follow-up and investment of management information system. Finally,we should realize the harmonize interaction of university human resources management and information system. Besides,we make some suggestions on building personalized university human resources informationized management system,including the premise,foundation,guarantee,guidelines and the key to sustainable development.
