摘　　要：目前,旅游业处于战略转型期,即将进入全民旅游、休闲旅游、品质旅游的时代。旅游人才的持续有效供给是旅游业发展的重要保障。只有充分认识旅游人才培养的重要性和紧迫性,把人才培养作为中原经济区旅游发展远景规划的主要内容,才能保障中原旅游业的健康持续发展。为了保证河南省旅游业转型成功,实现"打造旅游经济强省,助力中原经济区建设"的目标,创新以河南省为代表的旅游人才的培养模式便成了当务之急。During the strategic transformation period,tourism will soon get into the national tourism era,leisure tourism era and quality tourism era. As the important guarantee for tourism development,the cultivation of tourism talents must be included into the long-term tourism plan of Central Plains Economic Region. And to ensure the successful transformation of Henan tourism and achieve the goal of ＂ Build Henan with strong tourism economy,Promote the construction of central plains economic region＂,the innovation of tourism talents cultivation system must be attached great priority.
