摘　　要：教学绩效评价是提高高校教学质量的基本前提,也是提高学生培养质量的基本保证。为了有效进行教学绩效评价,需要在评价主体和评价内容方面进行重新思考。在教学绩效评价中,评价主体包括学生、专家、同事和教师本人。不同评价主体在评价内容方面存在较大差别,发挥各自的评价优势才能得出客观、公正的评价结果。Teaching performance evaluation is the basic premise to improve the teaching quality in colleges and universities. And it also is the basic guarantee to improve the quality of talents training. In order to effectively evalu-ate teaching performance, the evaluation subjects and evaluation contents need to be reconsidered. In the teaching performance evaluation system, the evaluation subjects include students, experts, colleagues and teachers them-selves. There is a big difference on evaluation content for different evaluation subjects. An objective and fair evalua-tion results need giving full play to the advantages of each evaluation subject.
