摘  要:泰州引江河是一条以引水为主,兼顾排涝、通航等综合利用的河道,其口门自1997年与长江相连后出现拦门沙,影响正常引水和通航。长江上游的来水来沙是造成口门区泥沙淤积的主要动力因素和泥沙来源。5种泥沙淤积河工模型实验结果表明,在不变动泰州引江河与长江轴线交角的情况下,仅采取工程措施是不能达到防淤减淤预期效果的。结合枢纽运行反向抽排时,口门区泥沙淤积状况得到明显改善。建议结合汛期反向抽排这一有利条件,利用拖耙清淤机械,扰动口门内淤积物,并在反向水流作用下输送至长江。Taizhou Water Diversion Scheme is a man-made water channel that is mainly used for water diversion and also has benefits of drainage and navigation. Since the water channel was connected with the Yangtze River in 1997, the gate has often been silted that has exerted impact on normal water diversion and navigation. The sand coming from the upstream of Yangtze River is the source of sedimentation. The results of five hydraulic model experiments indicate that sediment cannot be reduced as expected with only structural measures if the axis angle between Taizhou Water Diversion Scheme and the Yangtze River remain unchanged.However, reverse pumping and drainage can significantly decrease the sediment in the estuary. Trailing suction hopper dredger can be used to disturb the sediment inside the estuary gate and discharge it into the Yangtze River under the function of reverse flow, by taking the advantage of reverse pumping and drainage in the flood season.
