摘　　要：在地方大学向应用技术大学转型的过程中,教师发展转型必须引起重视。应用技术大学教师的角色特征是应用性,集技术性、实践情境性、系统性和综合性为一体。目前,地方大学教师应用性能力不足,在教学、科研和社会服务方面存在问题,为此,建议地方大学在观念、制度、机制等方面采取行动,促进教师转型发展。During the transformation from local university to university of applied sciences, we should attach importance to the teachers＇ transformation development. The teacher in university of applied sciences has its own characteristics, that is making applied, technical, practical, situational, systematic and comprehensive all in one. At present, local university teachers＇ applied ability is in- sufficient, reflecting on teaching, scientific research and social services, therefore, we should speed up reforming the idea, system and mechanism, in order to promote the local university teachers＇ developed transformation.
