教育行政监察在监督权力运行中的功能定位

摘　　要：在全面推进依法治教、依法治校的时代背景下,在教育系统反腐倡廉日益严峻复杂的形势下,教育行政监察的作用应得以加强。文章从推进依法治教、依法治校、保障公民受教育权及纠正教育领域不正之风等四个方面分析教育行政监察应有的功能价值,以期能更好地发挥其制度功效。In the background of administering education and campus according to law, with the education system in anti - corrup- tion in complicated situation, the role of administrative supervision should be strengthened. In this paper the author analyzed the function of education administrative supervision in order to better develop the system function from four aspects, they are ： administering education according to law, administering campus according to law, safeguarding citizens＇ lawful right to education and correcting rampant in the education field.
