摘  要:人才培养关乎高等教育的成败,是应用型本科院校建设的核心要素。文章以胜任力模型为基础,结合应用型本科院校特点,构建人才培养影响因素理论模型,并以全国范围内部分高校为主体展开问卷调查。实证检验表明,教学内容及方法、师资结构、员工知识/技术水平、配套管理制度及校园文化等是影响应用型本科院校人才培养的重要因素。根据研究结果给出提高应用型人才培养质量的对策建议。Talent cultivation, which is related to the result of higher education, is the core factor of the construction in the applied undergraduate course colleges. In this research, based on the competency model, considering the characteristics of applied undergradu- ate course colleges, the influencing factor theory model in talent cultivation is constructed. And questionnaires have been done in some colleges in the whole country. Empirical research has pointed out that content and method, teacher structure, staff knowledge/technology level, management system and campus culture are important factors influencing the applied undergraduate course colleges. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions in improving the quality of applied talent cultivation are mentioned according to the result.
