摘 要:在对学科科技竞赛作用分析的基础上,依托校级、省级、国家级多层次学科竞赛,经过指导实践和探索,摸索出多种方式相结合的培养机制,构建了多维度的科技实践活动。组建大学生创新团队,实施多层次的大学生创新训练计划项目,通过精心选题、加强指导与交流、以论文发表和专利申请作为项目完成质量的主要评价指标的培养模式。实践证明,这些保障机制和措施提高了学生的实践创新能力,促进了高素质的电类专业人才的培养。Based on the analysis of discipline contest, the discipline contest system of muhi-layers based on school, province and national is proposed. Some kinds of cultivation modes are adopted to en- hance university student' s ability of practicing. The multi-dimensional discipline contest system is constructed. The college student' scientific research team is established. And the college student' in- novative training project based on multi-layers is implemented. Choosing project carefully, reinforcing measures of guidance and discussion, adopting academic publication and patent application as main e- valuation criterion modes has been discussed. Experiment results demonstrate that these safeguard mechanisms and measures can promote the cultivation of practical and innovative ability of undergradu- ate and hi^h-quality)rofessional in electronics and information field.
