摘　　要：当前我国国民科学素质亟待提高,高校科普基地因为其特殊的优势在科普普及中具有特殊重要的地位。以辽宁师范大学为例,介绍了辽宁师范大学科普基地概况;从把科普教育列入教学工作计划以培养大学生的科学素养,科普基地开放,建立中学生物学技能实训平台,创办科普协会以搭建学校与社会沟通桥梁四个方面介绍了辽宁师范大学科普基地所开展的工作;从规范管理完善制度,教师率先垂范参与科普活动,大力发挥生物专业学生的优势壮大科普队伍,与相关机构保持长期良好合作关系四个方面分析了辽宁师范大学科普基地成功运行经验。At present, Chinese national scientific quality need to be improved, science base of colle- ges and universities has the special and important status in science popularization due to its special ad- vantages. Taking Liaoning Normal was introduced. The main work of from four aspects, such as University as an example, the situation of the popular science base popular science base in Liaoning Normal University was presented taking the popular vate students＇ scientific literacy, opening platform and founding science association successful experiences of science base of science education into the plan of education work to culti- science base, establishing high school biology skills training to strengthen the communication of school and social. The Liaoning Normal University were analyzed, including stand- ardizing management and consummating system, the teachers first participating in scientific activities, playing the advantages of biology students to strengthen the science team and maintaining long-term good cooperation with the related organizations.
