摘  要:目的:从病因学角度研究寒冷习服动物状态的阳虚特征。方法:每日冰水游泳模拟寒冷刺激,测量刺激后10-120min肛温变化数据;干预15d后检测内分泌、物质能量代谢、免疫等系统指标。并与糖皮质激素、寒性中药复方诱导的阳虚模型进行比较。结果:与正常组比较,冷刺激组环腺苷酸/环鸟甘酸比值显著降低(P<0.05),冷刺激后体温恢复速率升高,促甲状腺激素水平显著升高(P<0.05),睾酮和皮质类固醇水平有升高趋势,血糖、血清胆固醇水平有降低趋势,而免疫系统和肝肾功能指标无明显变化。结论:寒冷习服大鼠表现出以机体适应性改变的迟缓和低下为特征的阳虚状态,部分指标表现为适应性反馈的增强。本法诱导的阳虚状态与其他阳虚动物模型不完全相同,但在第二信使、总蛋白等指标方面具有类似变化。Objective: Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theories attached great importance to the interaction between the human body and the environment. It believed that the conception of yang deficiency was closely related with cold adaptation of human body. Focusing on the etiology, this paper explored the features of cold swimming-induced yang deficiency animal model. Methods: The animal model of cold adaptation was simulated by a daily swim in the ice water, and the rectal temperature was measured 10-120 minutes after stimulation. The endocrine, immune and substance metabolism indicators were detected after 15 days. And then compared to the model induced by glucocorticoid and cold nature herbs. Results: Comparing with the normal group, the ratio of c AMP/c GMP of the model group decreased(P0.05) and the temperature recovery rate increased significantly, the endocrine index thyroid stimulating hormone increased(P0.05), testosterone and corticosteroid had a increased tendency, the serum glucose and total protein had a decreased tendency, immune system and the liver and kidney function unchanged. Conclusion: The cold adaptation animal model had yang deficiency state, which would be a kind of retardation and decrease of body adaptation. Several indicators had got feedback-enhancing increased. The comparative analysis showed the differential features with other yang deficiency models, but the c AMP/c GMP and total protein were the indexes which had the same change in all the yang deficiency models.
