摘　　要：目的:通过观察301例原发性肺癌患者手掌色泽,以期了解肺癌患者不同掌色及色泽特征。方法:根据肺癌患者常见手掌颜色,分为淡白掌、红掌、紫暗掌;根据手掌光泽度分为有泽组、无泽组,运用RGB及HSV色度值比较两组手掌色泽的色度值RGB、HSV值。结果:淡白掌与红掌比较,由于G、B分量的增加,淡白掌在色调上偏青,红掌饱和度(S)较淡白掌高;淡白掌与紫暗掌比较,淡白掌R、B、G、V值均高于紫暗掌;红掌与紫暗掌比较,二者的差异集中体现在R、V值的变化,红掌数值高于紫暗掌(P<0.05)。手掌光泽度的比较,有泽组的R、G、B、V值均高于无泽组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:原发性肺癌淡白掌、红掌及紫暗掌之间在色度值上有差异;手掌皮肤的光泽度受到皮肤颜色和亮度的影响,并在色度值上有所反映。Objective： To observe the color and luster features of palms of 301 primary lung cancer patients, in order to understand the different color and luster features of palms of lung cancer patients. Methods： According to the common color of lung cancer patients＇ palms, the palm color could be divided into pale white palm, red palm and dark purple palm. The palms were also divided into glossy palm group and lusterless palm group according to the glossiness. The RGB and HSV values of chrominance space of patients in each group were compared. Results： With the increasing of G and B, the hue of pale white palm was towards to blueness compared with red palm, while the saturation of red palm was higher than that of pale white palm. The values of R, G, B and V of pale white palm were higher than those of dark purple palm. The values of R and V of red palm were higher than those of dark purple palm（P0.05）. The values of R, G, B and V of glossy palm group were significantly greater than those of lusterless palm group（P0.01, P0.05）. Conclusion： There are some differences in chromaticity values among pale white palm, red palm and dark purple palm of lung cancer patients. The glossiness of palm was influenced by color and brightness of palmar skin, and reflected on the chromaticity values.
