自主发展视域下提升航海类青年教师综合能力的探讨

摘　　要：21世纪以来航海类青年教师队伍迅速壮大,这或多或少地影响了航海类专业学生培养的质量。在分析了航海类青年教师教学能力发展过程中的弱势的基础上,分析了在自主发展视域下提升航海类青年教师实践能力、教学能力、涉猎知识能力、沟通能力、科研能力和克服挫折能力的必要性,进而提出了提升以上六种能力的具体途径。Since twenty-first Century, the team of young teachers for seafaring majors is growing rapidly,which has affected the quality of the students for seafaring majors more or less. On the basis of the weakness of the development of teaching ability of the young teachers for seafaring majors was analyzed, the necessity to improve practical ability, teaching ability, learning ability, communication ability, scientific research ability and the ability to overcome setbacks of young teachers for seafaring majors were analyzed. Then the specific ways to promote the above six kinds of ability were put forward.
