摘  要:为了探索适合留学生临床实习的教学方法,提高教学效果,尝试以血液病诊治指南作为参考贯穿留学生的临床实习,结合典型案例,以小组讨论的形式学习血液病的诊治,发现留学生可以在诊治指南的指导下系统地完成血液病的实习,学习兴趣提高,师生之间沟通流畅,教学反馈良好。结果表明,以诊治指南为基础的案例教学法在留学生血液病实习教学中可以顺利实施并取得了较好的教学效果,值得在留学生实习教学中探索应用。To explore proper teaching methods for international medical students in clinical practice and improve teaching effectiveness,hematological diseases were learned in small groups,in which guidelines for hematological diseases were used as references and combined with typical cases. International medical students completed the practice of hematological diseases practice systematically with improved learning interests. Furthermore,smooth communication between students and teachers was observed with good feedback. The results indicated that guideline-based hematology practice can be successfully implemented for international medical students with satisfactory teaching results,which may be worth applying to the clinical practice of international medical students.
