摘　　要：改革创新是当代中国发展进步的活力之源,尊重人民首创精神是实现改革创新的重要内容。人民性是尊重人民群众的逻辑起点,这种鲜明的人民性不仅体现在人民群众在改革创新中的主体地位上,而且表现在人民首创精神在改革创新中的动力作用中。尊重人民首创精神是多主体协同作用下的实践过程,它的实现需要坚持党的领导,需要坚持摸着石头过河和顶层设计相结合,也要坚持实事求是与群众路线相统一。The reform and innovation, one of the vital sources of China＇s development and progress today, involves respecting the people＇s initiative. The affinity to the people is the logical starting point to respect the masses of people, which reflects clearly not only the principle position of people but also the impetus function of their initiative. Being a practical process under the coordination of a variety of main bodies, to respect people＇s initiative needs to adhere to the leadership of CPC, insist on the combination of the cautious advance and the top-level design, and stick to seeking truth from facts with the mass line.
