大学生村官工作满意度的影响因素分析

摘　　要：以大学生村官为研究对象,在问卷调查中筛选影响其工作满意度的因素,通过因子分析法对变量进行分类,确定了自我实现、心理感受、社会环境和工作特征等四类因子。以四类因子作为重点解释变量,研究了影响大学生村官工作满意度的因素,探讨可能的原因,提出提升大学生村官的自我实现程度、构建基层人际网、改善社会环境因素和工作特征等方面的建议。University-graduate village officials are selected as subjects investigated,which aims to explore the influential factors of job satisfaction in questionnaires. The variables are classified into 4 categories by the method of factor analysis,including self-realization,psychological feelings,and social environment and working characteristics. Then,in the empirical study,the four kinds of factors are treated as key variables,and the influential factors of job satisfaction of the university-graduate village officials are analysed and the possible reasons are explored. Finally,some suggestions for improvement are proposed,such as helping universitygraduate village officials improve the level of self-realization,constructing the network of interpersonal relationship in the village,improving the disadvantages of social environment factors and working characteristics,etc.
