摘　　要：DNA分子标记检测方法是分子标记研究中的一项重要技术,直接关系到分子标记研究的效率、准确性和成本等。本文概述了现有DNA分子标记检测方法的种类及技术原理、特点和应用情况,综述了DNA分子标记检测方法在茶树中的应用并探讨了其发展前景,为茶树DNA分子标记检测方法的研究提供参考。Methods for detecting DNA molecular markers were an important technology in molecular marker studies, which directly related to the efficiency, accuracy, and the cost effectiveness of molecular marker studies. In this paper, the existing detection methods for DNA marker and their principles, characteristics and applications were summarized, and applications and prospects in tea plant were also reviewed to provide some references for their future researches.
