摘　　要：浙商历来是浙江经济发展的中坚力量,浙商的兴起和发展往往形成了基于信任的关系网络,为了共同的发展目标而达成集体行动。然而随着经济结构与所有制结构存在的约束,浙商会以各类社会资本的利用为途径实现其利益目标,但因彼此间缺乏信任而导致集体行动存在困难,由此,需要按照社会资本理论的视角在制度供给、可信承诺和相互监督三方面进行完善,保持浙商作为特殊群体合理的集体行动。The businessmen of Zhejiang have always been the backbone of Zhejiang＇s economic development. The rise and development of businessman of Zhejiang formed relationship network on the basis of trust. In order to achieve common development goals businessman of Zhejiang take collective actions. However, due to the existing constraints of the economic structure and ownership structure, though Zhejiang chamber of commerce could take advantage of all kinds of social capital as the way to achieve its goal of interests, there is a lack of mutual trust between each other which leads ~o collective action dilemma. As a result, more can be done in system supply, credible commitment, mutual supervision and other aspects in the perspective of social capital theory to maintain the action rationality of businessman of Zhejiang as a special group of collective action.
