摘　　要：本文介绍了湿冷冷藏技术对果蔬贮藏品质的影响,以及湿冷技术与冰蓄冷技术结合的优点,提出将动态冰浆蓄冷技术应用于果蔬湿冷冷库制冷系统中,并介绍了所研制的动态冰浆蓄冷湿冷冷库制冷系统构成及其优缺点。This paper describes the effect of humid cool storage technology on storage quality of fruits and vegetables and the advantages of humid cool technique combined with ice storage technology,presents the dynamic ice slurry storage technology applied to the fruit and vegetable humid cool cold storage refrigeration system,also introduces the design of the dynamic ice slurry storage humid cool cold storage refrigeration system and its advantages and disadvantages.
