摘  要:对肺部肿瘤运动的间接检测是肺癌动态放疗中亟待解决的一个重要问题,其关键是建立患者呼吸或胸腹部运动与肺部组织运动之间的关系模型。针对该问题,以同步采集的患者呼吸信号和肺部X线透视图像作为研究对象,对患者的呼吸及其引起的肺部组织运动之间的关系进行了研究。使用压力变化呼吸检测装置采集患者的呼吸信号,采用光流法对X线透视图像序列中的横膈膜运动进行自动跟踪,在此基础上对比分析了呼吸信号和横膈膜运动的波形。结果表明,患者的呼吸与其引起的肺部组织运动之间存在一定的相位偏差。在进行相位对齐后,呼吸与肺部组织运动之间呈一定的线性关系。It is an important problem in dynamic radiotherapy for lung cancer,which has not been solved,to detect the lung tumor's motion indirectly. The key of this problem is to create a relationship model between the patient's breathing or the motion of thorax and abdomen with the lung organ's motion. Considering this problem,the patient's respiratory signal and fluoroscopic images of the lung are adopted as research object to study the relationship between the patient's breathing and the lung organ's motion caused by breathing.The patient's respiratory signal was acquired by a respiratory detecting device based on pressure detecting,and the optical flow method was adopted to track the motion of the diaphragm in the fluoroscopic image sequence,and the waveforms of the diaphragm's motion and the respiratory signal were compared. Experimental results show that there is a phase discrepancy between the patient's breathing andthe lung organ's motion caused by breathing. After phase aligning,a linear relationship can be found between breathing and the lung organ's motion.
