摘　　要：重点介绍复发性及难治性急性髓系白血病(AML)的诊断标准及治疗原则。列举了常用的联合化疗方案。对FLT3-ITD阳性的AML及老年AML的临床特点及治疗策略也一并进行简要介绍。The introduction focuses at the diagnostic criteria and treatment principle of relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia（AML）.Here discuss the usual combined chemotherapy regimens.The clinical characteristics and therapy strategies of FLT3-ITD positive AML and AML of older patients are summarized simultaneously.
