摘　　要：多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是一种异质性的恶性浆细胞疾病,约占所有血液系统肿瘤的10%左右。部分MM起病缓慢,临床表现可为骨痛、贫血、肾功能不全、感染、出血等,容易发生漏诊和误诊。及时正确的诊断MM对于后续治疗选择有重要意义,现就MM的误诊因素作一分析。Multiple myeloma（MM）is a heterogeneous plasma cell malignancy that accounts for approximately10% of all hematologic cancers.Some MM patients have an indolent course of disease and clinical manifestations of bone pain,anemia,kidney insufficiency,infection and bleeding.Misdiagnosis or disdiagnosis are common in clinical myeloma diagnosis.Undelayed corrected diagnosis of myeloma is important for treatment strategy.We analyze the cause of myeloma misdiagnosis.
