摘　　要：氮化硅轴承球具有热稳定性好、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、自润滑等优点,我国产品质量与国外产品存在一定差距,产业化生产中存在技术难点,本文介绍了国外相关的最新专利技术。Silicon nitride bearing ball has the advantages of high thermal stability,corrosion-resistant,abrasionresistant,self-lubricating etc. There is a quality gap between our country products and foreign products. There is technical problem in industrialization production. The paper introduces the latest relevant foreign patent technology.
