摘 要:本研究将幼儿园视为学前教育生产决策单元,利用东部地区180所城市幼儿园的调查数据,通过数据包络分析方法(DEA)对幼儿园办学效率进行评价和影响因素分析。结果发现,我国城市幼儿园办学效率总体情况并不理想,大多数幼儿园尚存较大的改进空间;不同类型幼儿园办学效率之间存在显著差异,民办幼儿园的办学效率水平最佳,企事业单位办幼儿园的办学效率水平最不佳;幼儿园班级规模、教师编制显著影响幼儿园的办学效率,生均图书册数和保育员数对幼儿园办学效率的促进作用比较弱,在维持现有教育规模水平下,提高幼儿园教师质量是改善幼儿园办学效率的有效途径。This paper considered kindergartens as education decision making units and evaluated their efficiency and influencing factors with DEA method based on 180 kindergartens' data collected in eastern cities of China. The results showed that the efficiency of these city kindergartens was not ideal. Most of them had a big room to improve. There had significant difference between different types of kindergartens. The efficiency of private kindergartens was the best while that of enterprises or institutions-owned kindergartens was the poorest. Class size and teachers' quality significantly affected school efficiency. On current education scale, improving the quality of preschool teachers was an effective way to increase the efficiency of kindergartens.
