摘　　要：2014年11月18日至20日,第二届"全球化视野·大学图书馆馆长论坛"在上海财经大学举办,论坛聚焦大学图书馆战略转型中的组织变革与馆员职业发展等核心问题。本文通过对三个主题的十余位发言人的报告进行综述和分析,总结了此次国际馆长论坛的学术成果和相关专题研究的发展趋势。The 2^nd ＂Global Perspective＂ Academic Library Directors＂ Forum was held at Shanghai University of Finance ＆ Economics from Nov. 18 to 20, 2014. The forum focused on such core issues as organizational change and librarians＇ career development in the process of library reengineering. This article gives an overview of more than 10 presentations and summarizes the main academic achievements of the forum and the development trends of academic libraries.
