摘 要:"意义治疗学"虽是以犹太教、耶教传统为主流的西方特定文化背景与开创者独特的生命体验相结合的产物,但其理论基础带有典型的东方文化特征,其指导思想与中国传统文化有着十分密切的联系,符合中国传统思维的习惯。具体而言:一是意义治疗学认为"人生意义"主要包括创造意义的价值、体验意义的价值、态度意义的价值,此与中国传统文化中所谓"正命立命、真常心性"归属于一种体认;二是意义治疗学通过对"态度价值"的挖掘窥见了人的三重悲剧,与佛教所谓"四圣谛、三法印"有会通之处;三是意义治疗学关于"意志自由"的说法,与佛学的"业力业报论"及儒学的"本心本性论"具有惊人一致性。从"意义治疗学"的基本理论来分析其与中国传统文化之间千丝万缕的衔接关系,这种文化上的探讨将为发展有中国特色的心理治疗及医疗救助提供借鉴指导。Although "logotherapy" is based on the western specific cultural background which put Jewish and Christian traditions as the mainstream together with pioneer's unique life experiences, its theoretical basis carries with the typical characteristics of Oriental culture, and its guiding ideology has a close relation with Chinese traditional culture, which conforms to the traditional Chinese thinking habits. Firstly, the meaning of life mainly includes creative value, experiential value and attitudinal value, which belongs to a kind of awareness with "right livelihood, true heart"; secondly, logotherapy gets a glimpse of the triple tragedies by excavating attitudinal value, which has strong bonds with "four noble truths, three dharmamudras" of the Buddhism; thirdly, freedom of the will is in spectacular accordance with "the theory of karma" and "the theory of nature". This article analyzes the cohesive relations between "logotherapy" and Chinese traditional culture from a basic theory aspect, which can provide a reference and guidance for psychological therapy and medical assistance with Chinese characteristics.
