摘  要:目的 检测偶合基本氨基酸裂解酶4(PACE4)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系,探讨其在非小细胞肺癌中发生、发展及转移等的意义.方法 选取2006年至2009年广州医科大学附属第一医院172例临床确诊的非小细胞肺癌组织及15例癌旁组织病理蜡块标本,采用免疫组织化学检测PACE4的表达,分析其与非小细胞肺癌临床病理特征的关系.结果 (1)在非小细胞肺癌组织中,PACE4染色阳性111例,阳性率为64.5% (111/172).(2)PACE4阳性表达与淋巴结转移(N分期)和临床分期有关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小(T分类)、吸烟和病理类型均无关(P>0.05).结论 PACE4在非小细胞肺癌中高表达,预示着其可能参与肿瘤的发生,发展及转移.Objective To investigate the expression of paired amino acid cleaving enzyme 4 (PACE4) protein in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), analyze the correlation of its clinicopathologic characteristics, and investigate its significance in the process of occurrence, development, and metastasis of NSCLC.Methods Between January 2006 and May 2009, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College, 172 patients with NSCLC and 15 patients with non-neoplastic tissues were chosen.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PACE4, and clinicopathologic characteristics of NSCLC were analyzed.Results (1)The positive expression rate of PACE4 protein in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in non-tumor tissues (P 〈 0.05).PACE4 expression was observed in 111 of 172 (64.5%) NSCLC.PACE4 had cytoplasmic expression.(2)Clinicopathologically, PACE4 expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis (N stage) (P =0.007), and clinical stage (P =0.024).Conclusions High expression of PACE4 indicates that PACE4 may be involved in the processes of occurrence,development, and metastasis of NSCLC.
