摘 要:借助Matlab编制某型号摩托车发动机激励的计算界面,综合运用CATIA、Hypermesh、Simlab完成了该型号摩托车整车有限元模型的建立;分析摩托车振动问题并揭示了该型号摩托车在其发动机转速为6 000 r/min状态下发生的结构共振;针对在高速行驶状态下驾驶员手部严重发麻的振动问题,手把管橡胶被动隔振的角度提出了两种解决方案。Abaqus的仿真结果表明:这两种措施显著地改善了该型号摩托车在其发动机高频激励下的手传振动问题。With the help of Matlab,a GUI for calculation of Engine Excitation of a motorcycle was developed. The whole FE model of the motorcycle was established via CATIA in conjunction with Hypermesh and Simlab. The vibration problems of motorcycle were analyzed and the occurrence of Structural Resonance of the motorcycle under its engine speed of 6000 rpm was revealed. For the vibration problem of severe hand tingling on drivers of a motorcycle in high speed driving,two solutions were proposed in terms of Rubber Passive Vibration Isolation,aimed at the handlebar of the motorcycle.The simulation results from Abaqus demonstrate that the two optimization measures have significantly improved one type of vibration comfort problems-hand-transmitted vibration for the motorcycle under its high frequency engine excitations.
